These terms govern your use of Upload Pulse. By using this website you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this service is
Upload Pulse provides 9 free tools that read information YouTube already publishes about videos and channels and present it in a more usable form. There is no account, no paid tier and no usage charge. The site is funded by advertising.
The tools are provided as they are. We add, change and occasionally retire them without notice.
Estimates are estimates
This is the most important thing on this page. Several tools produce calculated estimates, not official figures:
- Earnings Calculator — revenue figures are modelled from a view count you type in and typical RPM ranges for a niche and region. They are not your actual earnings.
- Monetization Checker — a readiness estimate measured against YouTube's published Partner Program thresholds using public metrics. It is not an application decision, and it cannot replicate YouTube's own review of a channel.
- SEO Score Checker — a score from our own rubric over the metadata fields a creator controls. YouTube does not publish a ranking score, and no score here predicts how a video will perform.
- Hashtag Generator — suggestions from a fixed vocabulary. Using them does not guarantee reach.
None of these numbers comes from YouTube or Google, none is a promise, and real outcomes can differ substantially. Treat every figure as a planning input and never as a guarantee. Do not rely on anything here for financial, legal or business decisions without checking it independently.
No affiliation with YouTube or Google
Upload Pulse is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to YouTube, Google LLC or any of their subsidiaries. "YouTube" and all related marks belong to Google LLC, and all other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Use of the YouTube API Services
The tools read public data through the YouTube API Services. By using them you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We access public data only, and never ask you to authorise access to your YouTube account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, scrapers or any automated means to send requests to this site, or work around the request limits that keep it available for everyone;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in any way that breaches YouTube's own terms;
- resell, repackage or present the output of these tools as an official YouTube or Google product, or as your own data source;
- use the site to harass, impersonate or infringe the rights of any creator.
We may limit or block access that breaks these rules, or that threatens the availability of the service, without notice.
Intellectual property
The design, text, code and structure of this website belong to Upload Pulse. You may not copy or reuse them as a whole without permission.
Content retrieved through the tools does not belong to us. Thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags and comments are the work of the creators who published them and remain their property, subject to YouTube's terms. The tools give you access to material YouTube already serves publicly, for reference, research and analysis.
You are responsible for how you use anything you retrieve. Downloading a thumbnail does not grant you a licence to republish it, and reusing another creator's images, copy or tags may infringe their rights. If you own content and want cached data about it cleared, email us and we will do it.
We do not provide, and will not add, tools for downloading YouTube video or audio files. Doing so breaches YouTube's Terms of Service.
Advertising
This site displays advertising, which is what makes it free. Ads are selected and served by third parties, and their presence is not an endorsement by us of any advertiser, product or service. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.
Third-party services and availability
The tools depend on services we do not control, chiefly the YouTube Data API. Those services can change, impose limits or become unavailable, and the tools will be affected when they do. We do not guarantee that the site will be available or working at any particular moment, and we may take it down for maintenance or permanently.
No warranty
This site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Upload Pulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or from any decision you make on the basis of anything it shows you. Since the service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to nothing beyond what you have paid to use it.
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Upload Pulse against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights — including any infringement arising from how you reuse content retrieved through the tools.
If part of these terms fails
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is severed and the rest continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
