Get in touch

There is no ticket system and no contact form — one address, and every message reaches a real inbox. Bug reports and tool requests are both genuinely welcome.

01

Before you write

What to include

None of this is required — a one-line message is fine. But these are the details that turn a reply into a fix rather than a request for more information.

01

Something is broken

Name the tool, paste the exact link you tried, and say what you expected versus what you got. A screenshot and your browser help, but the link is the part we genuinely cannot work without.

02

A tool you wish existed

Tell us what you would do with it, and how you do that job by hand today. The second half is the useful part — most good tools here started as somebody describing a tedious afternoon.

03

A number looks wrong

Send the tool and the video or channel. Worth knowing first: results are cached for several hours, so a very recent change may not show yet — and we can clear a stale copy immediately.

04

A privacy request

Ask and we will act on it. There is not much to act on — no accounts, no history — but if you have emailed us before, that message is real data and you can have it deleted.

02

Setting expectations

Things we genuinely can't do

Worth saying plainly, because these arrive often and a fast honest no is more useful than a slow maybe.

×Change your monetization status, or appeal a decision YouTube has made. We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google and have no channel into either.
×Recover, unlock or access a YouTube or Google account. We never hold your credentials, so there is nothing here to reset.
×Remove a video's information from YouTube itself. We can clear our cached copy of it; the public data stays public until the creator changes it.
×Show private analytics for a channel you do not own. Every tool here reads public data only, which is a limit of the design rather than a setting we can flip.

What happens to your message

We keep your email and the address it came from for as long as it takes to answer you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. It is the only place on this site where something you have written is kept — the tools themselves store nothing about you. The detail is in our privacy policy.
